Uzbek & Russian Speaking Partner Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and self‑motivated Partner Relations Manager who is fluent in Uzbek and Russian to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing retention strategies, building strong partner relationships, and driving upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies aligned with company goals.
• Act as the main contact for partners, providing personalised support.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, gather feedback and tailor initiatives.
• Analyse partner behaviour to identify upselling and customisation opportunities.
• Communicate product updates, promotions and platform improvement ideas to relevant teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in partner retention.
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian with excellent oral and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target‑oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously under pressure.
