About the role
Windmills Group is seeking a Valuation Officer to conduct precise property valuations and inspections across residential, commercial, industrial and trade‑related assets in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Perform property inspections, measurements and condition assessments.
- Research market trends, identify comparable properties and apply appropriate valuation methods.
- Prepare accurate valuation reports with supporting documentation and address client queries.
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards and maintain proper records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of real‑estate valuation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
