Various Engineering Positions – Infrastructure, Desalination, Power, Piling, Precast

About the role

NMDC Group is expanding its engineering team to support large‑scale infrastructure, water desalination, power, utility, piling and precast projects. Multiple senior‑level positions are open across maintenance, production, project and site engineering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, planning and execution of infrastructure, desalination, power substation and precast works.
• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure operational reliability of plant and equipment.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules and control budgets.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and compliance records.
• Support commissioning, testing and hand‑over of completed systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
• 8–12 years of proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure, desalination, marine, piling, power substation, precast, industrial or utility projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
