About the role
Join Amazon's MENA Grocery team as a Vendor Operations Associate focused on strategic initiatives. You will work directly with vendors to help them master Amazon’s tools, manage purchase orders, and coordinate shipments, driving operational excellence across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Assist vendors in using Amazon platforms, providing training on catalog content and procurement processes.
- Manage purchase order (PO) lifecycle, track shipments, and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct face‑to‑face interactions with vendors, manufacturers, and customers to improve performance.
- Identify errors, maintain accurate records, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with internal supply‑chain, fulfillment, and planning teams to enhance vendor metrics.
- Source store‑level pricing and promotions from vendors and execute them using internal tools.
Required profile
