About the role
The Verification Officer is responsible for confirming new customer leads, conducting on‑site visits across the UAE, and ensuring proper documentation is captured and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Check new customer leads assigned in Digitalis via tablet.
- Contact customers the next day to confirm same‑day visits.
- Visit customers, scan their Emirates ID, and forward scans with details to the designated email address.
- Submit reports for all verified and non‑verified customers.
- Travel throughout all UAE areas as needed.
- Attend Payit events to verify new customers.
Required profile
- Flexibility to travel across the UAE.
- Ability to work independently and meet verification deadlines.
Required skills
- Document verification.
