Vibe Coder | AI Developer | Claude Code Expert

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is recruiting, on behalf of its client iMPLEMENTAi.ae, a Vibe Coder / AI Developer who uses AI-powered tools, especially Claude Code, to build and ship real-world applications. The role focuses on execution, speed and results, with full flexibility in work location (remote, hybrid or on-site) and reports to the Founder / AI Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Build, ship and maintain applications, websites and automation systems using AI-assisted development tools.
• Use Claude Code (CLI and IDE integrations) as the main development engine, in modern IDEs such as VS Code with AI agents and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with AI coding partners such as OpenAI Codex and Gemini to speed up development.
• Develop and optimise agentic workflows for automation, data handling and system integrations.
• Rapidly prototype, test and deploy functional solutions, keeping code clean, scalable and production-ready.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with an IDE integrated with AI tools (non-negotiable).
• Proven experience using Claude Code and a track record of shipped projects (applications, automations or systems).
• Ability to build and deploy solutions independently, from concept to completion, and to present completed work in the interview.
• Results-driven mindset with strong ownership; formal education is not required.
