Vice President of Human Resources

About the role

The Vice President of Human Resources will shape and execute webook.com's people strategy as the company expands across the Kingdom, MENA, Europe, the UK and other global markets. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader will build the HR operating model, systems and talent frameworks needed to support rapid, international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with international expansion plans.
• Advise the COO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning and HR priorities.
• Build a scalable HR operating model for Saudi Arabia and new markets.
• Design and roll out HR policies, processes, systems and governance across multiple countries.
• Lead the setup of HR operations in new territories, including employment models, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits and compliance.
• Establish clear roles, service levels and reporting structures between central and local HR teams.
• Drive organizational design to ensure the right structure, leadership layers and capabilities for scaling.
• Partner with business leaders to define future workforce needs and develop workforce planning linked to budgets and expansion.
• Identify capability gaps, succession risks and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Develop international talent acquisition strategies for leadership, technical, commercial and operational roles.

Required profile

• Proven track record scaling HR functions in high‑growth, international companies.
• Strong strategic mindset with experience advising C‑level executives on people strategy.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Deep knowledge of HR operations, compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to lead and develop HR teams in diverse cultural environments.
