Vice President, Procurement

About the role

The Vice President, Procurement Contracts will lead ADNOC’s contracting services across all group companies. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end contract execution for projects, upstream studies, drilling, operations and support services, driving economies of scale and ensuring compliance with ADNOC’s procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, bidder lists and techno‑procurement negotiations for high‑value, centralized acquisitions.
• Direct contract award, administration, variation and close‑out while ensuring adherence to the Delegation of Authority and Tender Board requirements.
• Manage a high‑performing procurement division, building capability, succession pipelines and emphasizing Emiratisation.
• Oversee contract execution in partnership with Legal, dispute management and contractor performance teams.
• Reduce third‑party spend, improve policies and procedures, and safeguard procurement value and compliance.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in procurement, contracts management and strategic sourcing within large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage sizable budgets and risk.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Group Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority and Tender Board processes.
• Commitment to developing local talent and driving Emiratisation initiatives.
