About the role

The Villa Butler is a key member of the service team at the Bulgari Resort Dubai, delivering highly personalized and seamless hospitality to villa guests from pre‑arrival through departure. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs while maintaining the impeccable standards of the Bulgari brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, unobtrusive service to assigned villa guests, handling all requests and preferences.
• Ensure the villa, outdoor areas, pool, garden, and pantry are presented to the highest standards at all times.
• Welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out processes, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to Bulgari’s brand guidelines, uniform standards, and grooming policies.
• Report any safety, maintenance, or service issues promptly to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work long periods standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb.
• Professional communication skills and a polished appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet guest needs.
