Villa Host – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Villa Host will deliver highly personalized service to guests staying in private villas at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every guest need is anticipated and met with warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of assigned villas.
• Provide attentive, responsive service, handling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless villa operations.
• Maintain detailed records of villa inventories, supplies, and guest preferences.
• Act as a liaison between guests and resort services, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a proactive and resource‑ful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
