VIP Butler for Luxury Resort

About the role

The Butler will anticipate guest preferences, ensure the suite is perfectly prepared before arrival, greet guests at the Porte Cochere and escort them to their suite. You will manage in‑room check‑in, handle luggage, coordinate dry‑cleaning and laundry, and create personalized itineraries including reservations and activities, communicating seamlessly with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stage suites according to guest requirements prior to arrival.
• Welcome guests, provide a warm personalized welcome and escort to the suite.
• Conduct in‑room check‑in, manage luggage and personal belongings.
• Arrange and oversee dry‑cleaning, laundry, and other guest services.
• Develop and maintain guest agendas, reservations and activity schedules.
• Liaise with housekeeping, F&B and other departments to fulfill guest requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent English communication and strong team‑working abilities.
• Organised, multitask‑oriented, flexible and able to adapt to rapid changes.
• Positive attitude, strategic thinker with a creative flair.
