About the role
The Virtual Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of bank customers, driving sales and service performance while delivering a high‑quality digital experience. This remote‑focused role combines relationship management, cross‑selling, and compliance responsibilities within a banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted sales and service targets while maintaining acceptable risk standards.
- Review customer portfolios regularly to identify new business opportunities and cross‑sell existing products.
- Manage a designated client portfolio, ensuring needs are met and service aligns with expectations and contractual terms.
- Complete all tasks within agreed timescales, maintaining high accuracy and excellent internal and external customer service.
- Adhere to the Staff Code of Conduct and ensure all activities comply with AML and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide specialist information, guidance, and advice to resolve customer queries and enhance satisfaction.
- Support the department by performing any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Proven ability to meet sales and service targets in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills to review portfolios and spot growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and internal coordination.
