Visual Art Designer

About the role

The Visual Art Designer will lead the visual and conceptual direction of Air Arabia's Creative Unit, turning business, brand and marketing goals into distinctive creative ideas. The role ensures high‑quality creatives across social media, digital platforms, radio and offline touchpoints while safeguarding the brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts for integrated brand campaigns, route launches, product communications and corporate milestones.
• Design and produce high‑quality final artwork for digital, social, print, outdoor, airport and onboard channels.
• Adapt and localise master designs across formats, markets and languages, ensuring accurate bilingual Arabic and English layouts.
• Align art direction for photography, film, animation, illustration and emerging content formats.
• Protect and evolve Air Arabia's visual identity across all markets and customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic or visual design within an in-house creative team, agency or recognized consumer brand.
• Experience with bilingual Arabic‑English communications; exposure to aviation, travel or fast‑moving consumer industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Video editing, 2D/3D/4D animation and motion graphics.
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
