Visual Content Creator (In-House)

About the role

TODA, an immersive theatre venue in Dubai, is looking for an in-house Visual Content Creator to make high-quality visuals for its own ticketed shows and for private and corporate events. You will turn creative briefs into immersive visual stories suited to a 360-degree projection environment, working with the creative team and sometimes directly with clients. Remote work is possible, but candidates based in Dubai are preferred because on-site visual testing is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a complete pack of visuals for at least one event per week.
• Create assets with modern AI tools (e.g. Midjourney) and animate them in Adobe After Effects.
• Make sure all content fits the multi-surface 360 projection setup.
• Work with the internal creative team and clients to interpret briefs and develop visual concepts.
• Keep project files and workflow documentation organised.
• Carry out on-site testing and alignment when required (for UAE-based candidates).

Required profile

• Proven experience in motion design and visual content creation.
• Understanding of immersive environments and projection mapping workflows.
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines across several projects.
• Self-driven, adaptable to feedback and with excellent attention to detail.
• Preferably based in Dubai or able to attend occasional on-site reviews.

Required skills

• Strong command of Adobe After Effects and AI-based design tools.
• Preferred: TouchDesigner, Blender, Cinema 4D or similar.
• Nice to have: experience with immersive venues, VJing or live performance visuals; Resolume or other real-time VFX software; background in graphic design, animation or cinematic direction.
