Visual Merchandiser – Furniture & Home Decor

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser – Furniture & Home Decor is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai. You will plan and execute in‑store visual concepts, including furniture layouts, home‑decor styling, and window displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh showroom setups and coordinate seasonal and promotional themes.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure products are presented in an inviting, functional way.
• Collaborate with retail, sales, and customer‑service teams to align merchandising with business objectives.
• Monitor store traffic and customer behaviour to adjust displays for maximum engagement.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with retail, sales and management teams.
• Experience in retail environments focused on furniture, home decor or lifestyle products.
• Customer service and sales abilities to support in‑store interactions and revenue growth.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with visual‑merchandising tools or design software is an advantage.
