VP Delivery and Operations

About the role

Veovo builds cloud-first SaaS platforms for airport operations, revenue management and passenger flow, helping airports handle more aircraft and passengers with fewer delays. As VP of Delivery and Operations, you will lead and grow Veovo's delivery and service operations, including the tools, capabilities and governance needed to keep growing. You will sit on the senior leadership team, hold the delivery and service P&L and lead a global matrix team.

Key responsibilities

• Own global delivery and service operations, ensuring successful, profitable delivery to the standard customers expect
• Hold the delivery and service P&L, including forecasting revenue and costs and managing spend across people, cloud and third parties
• Lead a global matrix team including Regional Heads of Delivery, Service and Cloud Operations, technical consultants and the Delivery Factory
• Ensure capacity, tools, methods and governance to meet demand and keep growing
• Partner with Regional GMs to win business, backing bids and tenders with expert advice
• Lead senior customer engagements and escalations, building long-term, outcome-focused partnerships
• Recruit, develop and motivate people, and set clear performance standards
• Support M&A execution and integration, and help shape Veovo's strategy and operating model

Required profile

• Senior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain, ideally airports or aviation
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale
• Accountability for a multi-million-dollar P&L, with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Track record of leading global teams of 50+ across time zones and cultures, office-based and remote
• Credibility with senior customers at C-level and director level, across the full lifecycle
• Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
