About the role
The VP, Senior Infrastructure Portfolio Management is a key leadership position responsible for strategic planning, governance, and delivery of Mashreq Bank’s infrastructure investment portfolio. The role oversees large CAPEX and OPEX budgets while ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an annual enterprise CAPEX portfolio of AED 150–200 M, prioritising investments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Plan, manage, and monitor an OPEX budget of approximately AED 300 M.
- Work closely with the Central Technology Management Office (TMO), Finance, and Infrastructure teams to align projects financially and operationally.
- Ensure all projects are structured, tracked, and governed according to organisational standards.
- Lead a team of 10 direct reports, primarily external vendor resources.
- Maintain accountability for delivering infrastructure initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget.
