Vulnerability Management Specialist - CyberArk

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Management Specialist with deep expertise in CyberArk to strengthen our cyber resilience within a highly regulated banking environment. You will manage vulnerability lifecycles, administer privileged access, and collaborate across technology teams to ensure timely remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end vulnerability management, including identification, assessment, prioritisation, remediation tracking and reporting.
• Perform vulnerability assessments on servers, databases, applications, cloud platforms and network infrastructure.
• Administer and optimise the CyberArk PAM platform, including credential vaulting, session monitoring and privileged access governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application and security teams to drive remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Define and enforce remediation SLAs based on risk severity and business impact.
• Develop dashboards, reports and executive‑level metrics for vulnerability status.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management or security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• CyberArk PAM administration (PAS, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA).
• Vulnerability management tools: Tenable Nessus, Tenable Security Center, Qualys, Rapid7 InsightVM.
• Understanding of CVSS scoring, vulnerability prioritisation and risk‑based remediation.
• Operating systems and platforms: Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, REST APIs.
