About the role
Join AccorHotel in Sharjah as a Waiter and deliver the ibis service promise to guests, creating memorable experiences through attentive and personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service from greeting guests to handling payments and closing checks.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and any special promotions to answer guest questions accurately.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Complete shift end reports, manage cash transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Required profile
- Outstanding guest service skills with a professional appearance.
- Excellent communication in English; additional language is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and in a fast‑paced environment.
- High reliability, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point‑of‑sale equipment.
