Waiter – Luxury Golf Club

About the role

The Waiter will provide attentive, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests across the club’s restaurants, lounges, patio, golf course, and special events. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional dining experience while upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive food and beverage service to members and guests across the club’s restaurants, lounges, patio, and golf course.
• Ensure orders are taken accurately and served promptly, adhering to fine‑dining standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and set‑up of dining areas, including outdoor patio and event spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service during peak periods and special events.
• Handle cash and POS transactions in accordance with club policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a golf club, hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fine‑dining etiquette and wine/alcohol service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
