Waiter / Waitress – Full-Time Hospitality Role

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a friendly, energetic and customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service and ensuring a memorable guest experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and overall guest experience.
• Keep the dining area and tables clean and well‑organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and special requirements professionally.
• Present menus, explain dishes and upsell items when appropriate.
• Process bills and payments as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress or F&B service staff is preferred.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants or the broader hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a positive personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• UAE hospitality experience is preferred.
