About the role

AWJ is expanding its hospitality team in Sharjah and seeks enthusiastic Waiter and Waitress candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Provide menu guidance and upsell when appropriate.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns with a positive, solution‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role; UAE experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
