About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter and Waitress team members to join our busy restaurant in Dubai. You will play a key part in delivering a memorable dining experience by providing prompt, friendly service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑player attitude.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food‑service setting is preferred.
