Waiter/ess – Mini Bar

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/ess for its Mini Bar service. You will be part of a luxury hospitality team delivering high‑standard food and beverage experiences to discerning guests on Palm Jumeirah.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their seats and explain seating arrangements.
• Present menu items, describe preparation methods, ingredients and daily specials.
• Verify guest age for alcohol service and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests, and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks using proper techniques, maintain service standards and handle guest feedback.
• Manage cashiering procedures and uphold hygiene, safety and service protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in Food & Beverage service within a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel or premium dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu offerings, food preparation methods and ability to upsell in line with brand standards.
• Excellent guest service skills, including order taking, service execution and handling feedback.
• Ability to manage a designated service section and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
