Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the dining area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate closely with serving and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, wine, and liquor menus to support service.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress in a high‑end restaurant or hotel environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
