Waiter/Waitress (Arabic speaker preferred)

About the role

We are seeking a courteous Waiter or Waitress to join our restaurant team at Millennium Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑standard food and beverage service while maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene expected of a five‑star hotel. Arabic language skills are preferred to enhance guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly pick up food and beverage orders according to outlet standards.
• Ensure tables and chairs are cleaned and arranged to five‑star hotel standards.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Attend required training sessions, both during and outside regular working hours.
• Manage a service station, including opening and closing duties.
• Maintain operating equipment and supplies, initiating requisitions when needed.
• Protect guest confidentiality and restaurant business information.
• Welcome, seat, and thank guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Report any staff misconduct that could damage the outlet.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Team‑player with a polite, hospitable disposition.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with flexibility and strong multitasking ability.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
