Waiter/Waitress – Dynamic Food & Beverage Role

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan in Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in line with the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet, seat and attend to guests throughout their visit.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise and upsell effectively.
• Monitor the quality of dishes and beverages, addressing any complaints promptly.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards and ensure all service equipment is well maintained.
• Prepare the service area before, during and after each shift (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scene).
• Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on attitude, passion for service and a positive, calm demeanor under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
