About the role
Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5‑star hotel in Business Bay, close to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Skyline. The property features elegant contemporary interior design, stunning views of the Dubai Water Canal and 340 stylish rooms and suites. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that define our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings will make each guest feel unique and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
