About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Sofitel Dubai Downtown as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional service to guests in a 5‑star luxury environment. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest feels valued and enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu selections, providing detailed information on dishes and beverages.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and preparation methods.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards when handling food and drinks.
• Support pre‑opening outlet operations and collaborate with the team during banquet service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banquet or restaurant operations.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
