Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering personalized dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for creating memorable moments through attentive service, accurate order handling, and a polished presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take orders, recommend pairings, upsell and cross‑sell items, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, following opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory, report shortages, and help minimize waste.
• Report guest complaints or issues to supervisors and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and hygiene standards.
