About the role

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking passionate, energetic, and service‑oriented individuals to join its Food & Beverage team as Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, provide personalized service, and create memorable moments for guests in a modern lifestyle hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards, greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and making recommendations.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, communicate with kitchen and bar teams, and serve items according to established standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to enhance guest experience and support upselling.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately following hotel procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and workstations before, during, and after service.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as Hyatt operating procedures and brand standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
