Waiter/Waitress – Lobby Lounge

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the Lobby Lounge team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to hotel guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Lobby Lounge menu, including light meals, beverages, and signature drinks.
• Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries to enhance their experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure prompt delivery.
• Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences (RB&E) Supervisor and fellow team members to uphold service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the lounge area.
