About the role

COYA, a luxury lifestyle group celebrating Latin American culture, is seeking a passionate and professional Waiter/Waitress to join its dynamic team in Dubai. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, spirits, and wine list to make informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold COYA’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Assist with setting up and resetting the dining area for each service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of waiting experience in a luxury or high‑end venue.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ambitious, eager to develop an international hospitality career.
• Eligibility to travel to EU countries.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of spirits and wines.
• Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish (preferred).
