About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only Royal Mirage, a luxury resort in New Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress you will create memorable dining experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering high‑quality service with warmth and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders, check for allergies, and verify age for alcohol.
• Explain menu items, suggest suitable substitutes, and ensure accurate order transmission to the kitchen.
• Maintain fast, reliable service while upholding the resort’s high standards.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including on‑call duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or five‑star hotels.
• Presentable, dedicated, and a strong team player with a passion for quality service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
