Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort Service

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort and deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests in a luxury beachfront setting. As a Waiter/Waitress you will ensure smooth service, uphold the resort’s high standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to provide timely and efficient service.
• Follow hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized service station, including trays, condiments, and POS equipment.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer guest queries about hotel facilities, and recommend menu items.
• Operate the Point of Sale system, handle cash transactions, and process payments securely.
• Participate in training sessions and special projects as assigned.
• Ensure guest privacy and security when accessing guest rooms or areas.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail when taking orders and handling payments.
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system.
