About the role

Join the Mare Mare Service team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering a warm and personalized dining experience in a luxury beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Describe menu items and beverage pairings with confidence, showcasing detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
• Coordinate closely with the Culinary Team to ensure accurate food pickup, timely service, and consistent quality.
• Set tables, serve food and drinks precisely, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service.
• Process guest orders and special requests using the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
• Maintain an unobtrusive presence to create memorable dining moments and a pleasant atmosphere.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Team player who can work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
