About the role

As a Waitress at Ballarò, Conrad Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring each dining experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome by greeting guests with genuine warmth and attentive service.
• Make thoughtful recommendations, knowing the menu, specials, and beverage offerings, and respond to dietary requests.
• Serve with precision by taking and entering orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, and presenting food and drinks at the right pace.
• Anticipate the details, noticing guest needs, refreshing drinks, and attending to requests discreetly.
• Prepare for every service by keeping tables and stations polished, stocked, and organized.
• Resolve concerns with grace, listening carefully, responding promptly, and involving a supervisor when needed.
• Uphold Conrad Dubai’s standards by following food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and alcohol awareness procedures.
