About the role
The Waitress cum Chef Assistant role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist the kitchen with basic food preparation while ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and handle payments.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, plating, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
- Answer guest inquiries and support coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
- Adhere to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and restaurant service procedures throughout each shift.
Required profile
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and respectful attitude.
- Hands‑on experience or interest in food & beverage operations.
- Effective communication to interact with guests and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to learn basic cooking tasks under guidance.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in Dubai.
