About the role
Join the Doubletree By Hilton Fujairah City Hotel team as a Food & Beverage Waitress. You will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences for guests while working in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and anticipate their needs.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering warm, exceptional hospitality.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
