Warehouse Attendant

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Warehouse Attendant to join its new resort’s warehouse team. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the resort’s logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods and materials.
• Record inventory movements using the BirchStreet system.
• Prepare items for dispatch based on requisitions from outlets and other locations.
• Assist in cycle counts, stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor and record chiller and freezer temperatures and conduct expiry date checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, and report any malfunctions.
• Load, unload and stage goods for transport and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Communicate with the Inventory Control team to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE and participate in safety drills.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in hospitality or a high‑volume environment.
• Valid forklift licence.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with inventory systems (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time‑management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
