Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement and sales to ensure adequate inventory.
• Implement proper storage, labeling, FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness.
• Supervise, train and evaluate warehouse staff, allocating tasks effectively.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Prepare regular reports on stock movement and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or trading.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of UAE warehouse and logistics practices is an advantage.
