Warehouse Operator – Picking & Packing in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our fast‑paced Dubai facility. You will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders according to company guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trolleys.
• Label and place goods correctly for dispatch.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report damaged or missing inventory promptly.
• Perform periodic inventory counts as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry items as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
