Warehouse Specialist – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will manage daily warehouse activities that support Pulse Nova’s manufacturing operations in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure accurate inventory control, timely material flow, and compliance with defense‑industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end warehouse processes including receiving, inspection, put‑away, picking, kitting and line feeding for production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and corrective actions.
• Enforce warehouse governance such as FIFO/FEFO, ESD controls, shelf‑life management, controlled‑item storage and quarantine handling.
• Coordinate material staging with Production Planning, Logistics and Team Leaders to meet production priorities.
• Prepare packaging, labeling and documentation for internal dispatch, finished‑goods, returns and inter‑site transfers.
• Execute WMS/ERP transactions with high accuracy, ensuring location discipline and data integrity.
• Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking errors, kitting OTIF, cycle‑count adherence) and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a safe, orderly warehouse environment by applying 5S, proper equipment usage and handling procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse roles within manufacturing or industrial settings, preferably regulated or defense‑related.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Forklift licence or ability to obtain one as required by local regulations (preferred).
