Warehouse Supervisor – DPD Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials for DPD projects, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient inventory management. This role supports multiple civil and MEP construction sites, coordinating closely with project teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, track stock levels, and manage the store/warehouse layout.
• Coordinate material requests with project teams while monitoring stock balances.
• Handle scrap items, ensure proper tagging, storage, and tracking.
• Manage supplier relationships, process delivery notes within 48 hours, and ensure timely submission of monthly reports.
• Oversee asset registers, equipment time‑sheets, and the close‑out of projects, including scaffolding rentals.
• Train and develop storekeepers and store assistants, supporting people‑management activities.
• Collaborate with mobilization teams to close mobilization and demobilization phases.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of computer software applications and database management.
• Experience with civil or MEP construction materials and scaffolding usage.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
