Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Stevin Rock, one of the world’s largest quarrying companies, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead its warehouse operations in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure the efficient flow of materials that support mining, quarrying, maintenance, and other operational activities while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to meet operational objectives.
• Support inventory planning for consumables and critical spare parts.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical stock audits, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and material transfers.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, company policies, and HSE standards.
• Monitor housekeeping, uphold 5S standards, and manage warehouse equipment.
• Identify slow‑moving or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• 2–5 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and safety standards.
