Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure reliable laboratory supply availability in our Abu Dhabi facility. You will manage receiving, safe storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of critical lab materials while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods against approved orders, verify quantity, condition and documentation, and store materials according to security, segregation and environmental requirements.
• Maintain batch, lot and expiry traceability, applying FEFO/FIFO controls.
• Perform regular stock counts, reconcile variances, and promptly address shortages.
• Pick, issue, transfer and return supplies accurately and on schedule, coordinating with operations and procurement for urgent needs.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe and audit‑ready, reporting damaged, expired or non‑conforming stock.
• Complete mandatory training, participate in audits, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification and experience appropriate to a supervisory role in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Working knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS), RIS/PACS, ERP or similar tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, safety procedures and documentation controls.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Any required license or certification for handling laboratory supplies.
