Warehouse Supervisor – Operations

About the role

To manage the receipt, storage and internal movement of assets across the retail portfolio of Al Tayer Insignia, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of moving creative assets across the retail estate.
• Receive all orders into the warehouse and cross‑check against procurement records, reporting any inconsistencies or damages promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inventory of stock stored in the VM warehouse.
• Protect VM assets from damage and unnecessary wear during movement and storage, taking preventative measures for props.
• Dispose of creative assets after an agreed period through staff sale or wastage.
• Supervise a team of Warehouse Coordinators and Drivers, guiding and motivating them to meet timelines and processes.
• Manage the delivery schedule for drivers and ensure safe execution in line with health‑and‑safety best practices.
• Implement excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Required profile

• A relevant vocational qualification is an advantage.
• 3‑5 years of experience in retail logistics or warehouse/stockroom environments.
• Process‑driven with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
