Wargaming Research and Systems Analyst – White Cell

About the role

Anduril Industries is building a new simulation centre in the UAE and needs a Warfighting Systems Analyst to lead wargaming, modeling and simulation activities. The analyst will bridge operational requirements with system architecture, helping customers understand and evaluate Anduril’s autonomous platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run high‑fidelity simulations using Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim) to support training, experimentation and internal product analysis.
• Create scenario scripts that reflect customer mission needs and capture performance trade‑offs.
• Iterate on models and analyses to inform design decisions and improve future system capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and customer teams to translate operational concepts into technical specifications.
• Document simulation results and present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to reason across military operations and technical systems.
• Experience in modeling, simulation and analysis (M&SA) for defense or related domains.
• Comfort working in an Agile, fast‑paced environment and contributing to a newly formed team.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work onsite in the new simulation centre.
