Watches & Fine Jewellery Product Merchandising Executive

About the role

Chanel is looking for a Watches & Fine Jewellery Product Merchandising Executive in Dubai. Reporting to the Business Development & Operations Senior Manager W&FJ, you will shape and implement the product merchandising strategy across Middle East markets, analysing product categories and retail performance to optimise assortments, stock allocation and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assortment and model stock: work with Europe Merchandising to adapt product offers to local needs, define and optimise model stocks by boutique and Retail Partner, monitor stock levels and ageing stock, and coordinate replenishments and new product launches.
• Business analysis: track product performance, retail trends and category dynamics, prepare weekly and monthly business review reports, and recommend stock rebalancing.
• Partner support: manage and follow up on partners' product orders, coordinate order placement and delivery, monitor partner stock and sales, and act as the main contact for product requests.
• Share market, product and boutique feedback with management and Europe Merchandising, and coordinate incentives and commissions with Finance, HR and other teams.

Required profile

• Proven merchandising experience in the Watches & Fine Jewellery industry (luxury experience essential).
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Merchandising or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in assortment planning, model stock management, business analysis, forecasting and product launches.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
