Website Developer & Project Manager (Drupal/Acquia)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer and Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of web solutions using Drupal, Acquia CMS and modern web technologies. The role combines hands‑on development with coordination across multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure websites.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customize and implement website solutions that meet business requirements.
• Manage website updates, including ticket‑based enhancements and routine maintenance.
• Develop and maintain templates, modules, and database schemas.
• Integrate and test application components, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct unit testing and analyse database/application performance.
• Support UAT testing and assist in technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, IT and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilise Microsoft Azure and apply web architectures such as micro‑services and monoliths.
• Work within Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Perform basic image editing and resizing when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Acquia and Drupal CMS.
• Strong programming skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, analytical and proactive.
• Team player with strong ownership mindset.
